In-app support
– Tap on your profile picture
– Scroll down in the settings and tap on “Leave feedback”
– You have the option to add a screenshot or screen recording of the issue you are experiencing.
– When you are done writing your report, click on the Send email button. Our support team will reach out as soon as they can.
Metal Pay support center
– Tap on your profile picture
– Scroll down in the settings and tap on “Get support” to view all our support articles.
– The Metal Pay support center is also accessible on the web, where you can open support tickets.
