Referral Program Announcement

Hey Metal family,

As you may have noticed, our referral program recently stopped working like it should. We tried fixing things on our end, but we quickly figured out that the problem centers with a third-party that we use to make your referrals happen. Using an outside vendor for this sort of thing is pretty standard in our industry, but sometimes things just don’t work out.

We’re working to rebuild a new system from scratch, but it will take some time to build something up to our standards.

Effective immediately, the current Metal Pay Referral Rewards program has been terminated. Claims made prior to January 17, 2020 will be reviewed for eligibility and, if eligible, processed manually at the sole discretion of Metal Pay. Please refrain from messaging Metal Support for updates on the status of your referral claim as they will not be able to check this for you.

We realize that this may be sudden news, but we want to thank you for your understanding and continued support of Metal Pay. Also, we wanted to thank you all for getting your friends to sign up for Metal Pay – it’s users like you that are helping us grow more and more every day.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to drop us a line on social media: Twitter | Instagram | Facebook.

🤘 Your friends at Metal 🤘
