Metal Pay 2.4.0 is here!

We’re passionate about making cryptocurrency easier to use, which is why we’re constantly finding ways to improve every last bit of Metal Pay. We believe that cryptocurrency should be easier to use than it often is, and each update we roll out brings us one step closer to that reality.

This month, we’re excited to announce the new 2.4.0 update to Metal Pay for iOS, featuring instant purchases, increased crypto-to-crypto trading, and more. Keep reading to learn more about what we’ve built for you, and make sure you update your app to get the latest Metal Pay experience.

Instant Bank and Debit Purchases

New to Metal Pay iOS in this update are instant bank and debit purchases of cryptocurrency! That means that you no longer have to wait for your deposit to clear when purchasing crypto directly from the bank account or debit card linked in your app. Simply choose your payment method when buying crypto to enjoy your cryptocurrency right away!

This is a big deal in the world of crypto. Most exchanges and buying platforms require you to wait for a deposit to clear before you can get to trading. This means that you always need to keep cash deposited and ready to go, or you risk missing an attractive price point. With this update, Metal Pay iOS users gain an advantage on other cryptocurrency traders by being able to buy crypto fast, easy, and hassle-free.

Unlimited Crypto-to-Crypto

With this update, we’ve also removed restrictions on the amount of cryptocurrency you can trade for other cryptocurrency. That means you can trade to your heart’s content, never having to miss out on some exciting price movements of your favorite crypto. This also allows you a unique way to bypass traditional trading limits: simply swap your favorite crypto for a “stable coin” whenever you reach your sell limit, allowing you to hold your price at a certain point for as long as you need. Check-mate, withdrawal limits.

Other Updates

We’ve also made a few minor updates to the overall user experience, tidied things up here and there, and smoothed out a few bumps in the road. You likely won’t notice the changes we’ve made, but we’re always on the lookout for any way that we can improve your experience on Metal Pay. Spot something you think we should change? Feel free to contact our Support Team on Twitter and let them know!

We update the app regularly to bring you the best possible experience using Metal Pay.
