Hey, my name is Yannik and most you know me as the guy who is always online for our customers. You’ll find me on our Wallet Chat, HelpDesk, Reddit and the unofficial ones like Discord, Slack and Telegram. When you sit at your computer feeling frustrated about the state of your digital wallet and aren’t having the success you expected, I’m the person you will likely chat with. The start of a new year is a time for resolutions, whether that’s committing to a healthier lifestyle, spending more time with family or trying to HODL. And for that last resolution, we have Metal representatives standing by to take your questions, including me.
I’ve been with the Metal family for nine months and if someone asks me why I chose to come work with Metal, I always tell them: Metal is not your typical Blockchain company. The team really wants to create change, break all typical rules, and make money work for you.
At Metal, I serve in two roles: helping customers through particularly complex issues that require special attention, and being the eyes and ears of the community. I take pride in finding creative, helpful solutions for every request and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
In fact, many of you have become honest-to-goodness friends over the months. We talk so often, we’ve come to know about each others’ lives ‒ the good and bad, the victories and defeats. I’ve also seen the kindness and generosity of this community. One of my favorite requests is when someone asks me to review an article they wrote or content they created to share with our community and wallet customers.
I love when the Metal community shares insights about their feelings and knowledge around our cryptocurrency space. I use this feedback to improve our service and help other customers.
