🏡 These Insanely Cool Home Listings Accept Crypto

Crypto could completely change how real estate is transacted in the future. It could make title transfers faster, more efficient and much cheaper, by cutting out title companies from the equation.

The first-ever bitcoin real estate transaction was completed in Texas for a custom-built, single family home. The closing was completed in under 10 minutes, as reported by Cointelegraph.

So, if crypto is burning a hole in your pocket, here are 5 real estate listings you can buy:

6653 Neptune Place is a beachfront paradise that even has a name, Marine Lair. That’s how you know it’s fancy! The lair is a 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,124 square foot beach lovers’ dream. It features vanishing walls, an infinity pool and a hydraulic driveway to allow your low-riding Ferrari to enter without a scratch. The broker’s website states, “The seller will entertain offers with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.”

🔑Greenwich, CT

This exquisite new construction residence is located within walking distance to downtown Greenwich and all it has to offer; shops, restaurants, and schools. The listing will accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, 🤘 Metal or Ethereum. The perfect blend of fabulous architecture and state-of-the-art amenities, this masterpiece with sun drenched rooms combines traditional sophistication with a contemporary flair.

In the heart of San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood, this home features a movie theater, gym, spa, game room, wine cellar, and two Tesla charging stations. This home also boasts a 16-foot marble waterfall counter and a rooftop lounge with 360-degree views of the city and waterfront. So, open up your crypto wallets and make an offer!

A 9,000 square foot beachfront mansion listed for $45 million will accept offers in cryptocurrency. Located on one of Malibu’s most luxurious stretches, you can rub elbows with A-list celebs. The home also features walls that are mostly windows and a stunning catwalk that connects the foyer to the bedroom. The seller has stated he will accept only partial payment in crypto, but he didn’t state an exact percentage.

An £18 million-pound mansion ($24 million USD) in London’s Notting Hill district will only accept bitcoin as payment. Sorry, fiat. No shirt, no crypto, no service. Seller Lev Loginov told the Evening Standard, “We think in the future it is going to eliminate the need for solicitors and property title and is really going to change how real estate transactions are conducted.”

The most luxurious home crypto can buy is the Palazetto Mansion in Rome. It’s being sold by Paris Hilton’s father for $38 million. Built in the 16th-century, it boasts 17,363 square feet, 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 3 full kitchens, a movie theater, a spa and a gym.

The mansion is being auctioned by a company Propy, which claims to be the world leader in property transactions secured through Blockchain.
